APL has a long standing experience of providing successful expert project management services. As a step in forward integration and to leverage its Technical Expertise in designs and project management and to cater the Niche strength as Technical Partner by extending it for business gains and increasing stakeholders value from Project Promotion and Development, APL has formed Subsidiary, Artefact Infrastructure Ltd (AIL) for BOT Project Development.

  The background of APL’s Design and Projects Expertise as well as BOT projects management enables AIL to be a preferred technical partner for successful project development. It shall be focused on providing technical expertise as well as rendering specialized “Non-core Construction Services” for creation of project facilities like Toll Plaza, Toll Amenities, utilities & shifting, R & R, environment management, landscaping, median development, junction development etc. The inter-se arrangement with construction partner in the JV is such that the core construction activities of pavement and structures are undertaken by the JV partner.

  AIL shall be undertaking projects as technical Partner providing Soft Skills to the Projects not available or insufficient with the Construction JV Partner as a Complimentary skills of Project Management. AIL’s responsibility will exclude the core construction EPC responsibility , which will be undertaken as a Fixed price EPC contract by the Construction JV partner as per price finalized prior to Bid Submission and forming the basis of the bid as well as inter-se JV Agreement. ,
