On 12th February, 2011 the New Trivandrum International Airport was inaugurated by Honb’le Prime Minister of India Dr. Manmohan Singh. Artefact in collaboration with W S Atkins UK, Rajiv and Moni and others have successfully provided for the Airport Concept, Design, Engineering, Project Management and Consultancy Services since its inception in 2005, upto commissioning.

 Artefact forms Subsidiary, Artefact Infrastructure Ltd (AIL) for BOT Project Development, as a measure for forward integration & to increase the width and depth of its technical & project management capabilities to increase stakeholder's value in it focus area of Domain expertise.

  AIL enters into JV/Consortium with leading Infrastructure Developers like Renardet SA, Ashoka Buildcon Ltd.,Gammon Infrastructure Projects Ltd., Valecha Engineering Ltd., Prakash Asphalting and Toll Highways(India) Ltd., Dineshchandra R Agrawal Infracon Pvt. Ltd., Chetan Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., etc for bidding for PPP based highway projects.


  Artefact Projects Ltd joins Consortiums for Consultancy Projects with SOWIL Ltd., WAPCOS Ltd. (A Govt. of India Enterprise having 'Mini Ratna' Status), RiTES Ltd (A Govt. of India Enterprise), AECOM India and Daar Conslutants (West Indies) for Highway & Power Projects in India.


  Artefact Projects Ltd completes in April 2010, Preferential Allotment of 9,00,000 Equity Shares and 10,22,400 Equity Convertible Warrants with the face value of Rs. 10/- each at an issue price of Rs. 101/- each, amounting to Rs. 19.42 Crores approx


  Artefact Projects Ltd completed its ambitious "Artefact Towers", Global Design and Research Centre at a cost of Rs.26.80 Crore (Approx.). It is a long term benificial asset, confirming to the best global benchmarks for technical and infrastructural facilities.
